Here’s a tighter, cleaner version in your tone and wording—about 40% length and easier to read on a phone:
Ninj Yog is a yoga practice built around stillness, quiet awareness, and direct experience.
A couple hundred years ago, yoga was mostly meditation—not all the poses you see today. Ninj Yog returns to that. We focus on three resting positions, breathing in sync, softening the eyes, and becoming more aware of energy moving through us.
The core of Ninj Yog is the silent meditation discipline. That’s the real work.
There’s no dogma here—no belief system you have to follow. Each part of the practice stands on its own, giving you space to discover your own insights.
One key idea: keep your insights to yourself. Sharing them too quickly can weaken them. When you hold onto them, they stay strong, personal, and meaningful.
Over time, this practice brings a sense of alignment and opens the door to insights and unexpected forms of abundance.
Simple. Quiet. Powerful.

Silent meditation, also known as awareness and or contemplative meditation, is a practice that involves sitting in stillness. Resting in a sitting position in the quiet makes one more aware of one's thoughts, emotions, and surroundings. Sometimes, there is a deep silence that penetrates, and other times, profound contemplations.
One should not expect any reward or the supernatural, as the practice is the reward itself. If you meditate to get or receive something, you probably won't get anything out of the methods.
This practice can help individuals develop clarity, leading to insights and abundant growth. It is important to note that each individual's experience with silent meditation will be ultimately unique, and sharing one's journey with others is unnecessary for it to be sustainable and profound to you.

Breathing exercises are a vital aspect of many meditation and yoga practices. They involve conscious breath control and have many physical, emotional, and mental benefits. By practicing breath work together, individuals can learn to breathe in unison, bringing unity and connection to the group. Breathing exercises and newer techniques can uplift and facilitate more profound relaxation and healing.
Breathwork is often used to prepare for quiet meditation and can enhance the overall meditation experience. It is an evolving series of evolving classes. The techniques can range from simple, to more advanced and can lead to a release of toxins, and aiding in deep relaxation, euphoria, and authentic healing.

In this practice, we recommend a resting pose or sitting position so that the meditation won't put you to sleep. We learn to breathe deeply in rhythm for the significant part of the practice, which is silent meditation. Our practice is silent meditation in a still space, without disclosing your insights.
Start with 15-30-45-60 second meditations, until you experience what it really is, then build up your time daily but stay consistent. Build up to 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and finally 45 minutes. Then, go for multiple 45-minute sessions . Use a timer, journal, or app to help you stay on track.
Our group outings are always in pristine, sacred places around the city and country. Additionally, we do pop-ups at various times throughout the year. You're full-time sanctums are open for teachers only. The Ninj Yog practice intends for the participant to develop their own practice.
We stress individual daily practice, especially in the morning when it's dark and quiet, and you are just starting your day. Many people begin at 4 AM. Pick a calm time you can commit to consistently so you can easily hold yourself accountable. Any time of the day is fine, too.
Yes, we will run an in-person school yearly starting in 2027, giving teacher training for a select few, by application only. Send us a letter why you want to become a teacher.
We are not a cult or religion. We help spiritual people, atheists, agnostics, and even different types of believers. We are simply an add-on to our current life, and our teachings should not interfere with one's spiritual or nonspiritual practice. Consider us to be a class elective in the school of life. Our particular practice revolves around nurturing our inner treasures and guarding them by keeping all insights to ourselves. We do this by practicing silent and quiet mediation, which is our yoga. Everything else in Ninj Yog is second to the silent mediation part of our practice. The secret to your new personal insights is how sacred you guard it.
We only utilize the oldest known poses and or positions for yoga or meditation as the emphasis in our practice is quiet meditation. Our breathing and sitting pose classes only supplement our mediations sessions. However, learning to perform these three poses are slightly strenuous and include a core set of stretches.
